Shipping costs for orders shipped in the United States will based on weight of the item. You will see this when you when you place your order. 

To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the item you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for split shipments. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. 

International customers are required to pay any relevant duties, customs, or taxes associated with their country. You will see international shipping prices at checkout.

Each international box is shipped with International Economy Shipping and is fully insured and trackable.

For in-stock (non-pre-order) products, if you are located in the USA, you will receive a shipping notification when your order is dispatched via DHL, Fedex, USPS, Amazon Shipping, along with a tracking number. At that point, your order will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. 

For in-stock (non-pre-order) products, if you are an international customer (outside the USA), you will receive a shipping notification when your order is dispatched via the post office along with a tracking number. At that point, your order will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Please be aware that international packages may be delayed by customs in your country and that you are responsible for any associated import fees.

We ask that you do keep an eye on your tracking, as it may update as soon as possible.

However, if your tracking link says "Pending" or your delivery date has not updated in over 10 business days, please reach out to our customer service at contact@dandysworld.gg so they can take a closer look.

If you haven't received your plush clips or your pin, please email support@blushcrunchstudio.com with your order number, and our customer service team will be able to assist.

All orders will be processed in your local currency. Our site will reflect this upon browsing and purchase.

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Some products may be listed as pre-order, which means that you will pay for the product when you checkout, but your order will be shipped at a later date. This way, you are all set to receive that product before it ships out. You will receive tracking when your order is shipped.

Any damages, refunds, or replacement requests must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Due to inventory changes, we do not guarantee that all requests will be accommodated as requested. Once processed, you will be asked to verify your shipping address, and you will receive new tracking information.

You may reach out to our customer service and attach photos or videos of your damaged product in an email with the full name and email associated with the account. We will be able to replace the item/s unless the item is not in stock. In that case, we will offer a refund for the damaged item. Depending on apparel availability, our customer service team will be able to help. Please send an email to contact@dandysworld.gg.

Returns take 3-5 business days to be processed.

If you are receiving a refund through your bank, it should take 7-10 business days for it to process.

We may have to refund you through a PayPal account or store credit via a gift card/discount. *The reason why we offer these as ways to refund you is due to the timeframe since you last made your order.

If you are receiving a refund through PayPal, it should take 5-7 business days for it to process.

Please note: We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund we will credit you back on the card you used for the purchase. However shipping costs will not be refunded.

The Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience opens on October 7th and ends at the end of the day on November 1st. 

We are open every day during this run except October 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 26th, & 27th.

The Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience is located in between the The Rink and The Arena Court at “C Court Level 1”.

The Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience is open at all hours that the American Dream is open.

Entry into the Experience is FREE! Everyone is welcome to come inside free of charge, but attractions like the Ichor Extraction game require purchasable tickets.

Tickets for the Ichor Extraction game will be available on location at the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience. Additionally, all merchandise purchases of $10 or more will include a singular, per-party ticket for the Ichor Extraction game. 

Currently admitance into the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience does not require a reservation, but to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun time at the location, a reservation system may be implemented if crowding becomes an issue. If a reservation is needed for entry, it will be announced on social media and a sign-up page will be readily available. 

Yes, exclusive merchandise will be available for purchase at the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience. Some styles may be available online or at retail after the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience run. 

The Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience will only accept Card payment.

No, the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience is for all ages. While there may be some creepy Twisted Toon visuals, there are no scare actors, jumpscares, or graphic images as a part of this pop-up. 

Starting on October 15th, new Halloween decorations, displays and merchandise will be introduced to the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience to celebrate the Halloween event and other Halloween releases from the Dandy’s World IP.

Yes! We welcome all cosplayers all month long, especially if they are Dandy’s World cosplayers!

Every day is going to be special at the Dandy’s World Gardenview Experience, but we will be celebrating our opening day on October 7th, a new Halloween refreshed look on October 15th, and on October 31st we will be participating in the Trick or Treat event held throughout American Dream. These events may have themed limited-time merchandise on offer.
