Refund policy
Because our products are made custom for you via our pre-order system, we don't have the ability to accept any returns. Since we are a small operation, we also don't have the ability to stock items that have already been in someone else's possession. Therefore any items sent back to us cannot be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item shows up, we are able to offer replacements from our manufacturing partners, free of charge. In either instance, we do require a photograph of the item with any relevant tags and invoice visible sent to us within 14 days of item arrival.

Replacement Exchanges
As mentioned above, we can't accept returns and thus we don't offer exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied with a particular fit or made a mistake in ordering, please reach out to us as we still may be able to find a way to offer a solution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the image of a damaged or incorrect product, and let you know if the refund was approved by our manufacturing partner or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
