Shipping policy

<p dir="ltr">Your order’s total wait is processing time plus delivery time. Pre-order items add a production window before processing starts.</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Processing and delivery</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-17 Β· Processing time.</strong> In-stock items leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-18 Β· Delivery time frames.</strong> Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-19 Β· International duties.</strong> International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility. Customs checks can add time beyond these estimates.</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Pre-orders</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-20 Β· Ship windows.</strong> Many of our products are made to order. Each pre-order product page shows an estimated ship window, and the same window appears in your order confirmation email. Your item enters processing when production finishes, then the delivery times in DW-18 apply.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-21 Β· Pre-order delays.</strong> If an estimated ship window changes, we will email you before the original window ends with the new date. You can cancel any pre-order item for a full refund at any time before it ships.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-22 Β· Orders with in-stock and pre-order items.</strong> If your order contains both, your in-stock items ship first and your pre-order items follow when ready. You will not pay extra shipping for the second package, and you will receive a separate tracking email for each one.</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Tracking and missing parcels</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-23 Β· Tracking.</strong> Every package gets a tracking number by email when it ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>DW-24 Β· Late or missing parcels.</strong> If your parcel has not arrived 5 business days after its estimated delivery date, email <a href="mailto:contact@dandysworld.gg">contact@dandysworld.gg</a> with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. Lost, damaged and incorrect orders are handled under our Refund &amp; Returns Policy (DW-7 to DW-11).</p>
